Thanksgiving 2010

This Thanksgiving we hosted! We had my family, and Darrell's mom, and Dad, and brother Johnny come! it was fun! and we had tons of Yummy food! The boys, and Aimee played some football at the park. We also played some XBOX kinect! I am so thankful for my family! I love them so much!

Baby Shower!

My awesome friend Brittany and my little sister Aimee threw me a baby shower in November! it was so stinkin cute! And my little girl got the cutest stuff ever! I cannot wait to meet her! I am so done being pregnant! I have complained enough to EVERYONE, so I will not complain on here, lol! but thanks to everyone who came! It was so much appreciated!

I can't believe I have not updated since September! I love this time of year! and I have lots of pictures. Lets start with Halloween! Talin was Spiderman, and he had so much fun this year! we went to our ward trunk or treat, and also walked around the block one time, since we were all exhausted. Not much else went on in our lives in october.

Linc's 1st b-day party!

My sister threw her son Lincoln a really cool Disney themed party for his 1st birthday! everyone dressed up! well... except me of course! I couldn't really find a Disney character who was pregnant, and nothing really fit me! I could not think of something to do for Darrell, so last minute I made him dress up like Joe Jonas from the Jonas Brothers! hahaha! he was not to happy about it! definitely had to step out of his comfort zone, but I think he pulled it off quite well! Talin was Buzz Lightyear, and man did he look awesome!

5 months... and random

Hey Blog world! I am back with a new post, YIPPEE!
Things here at the John Residence are good! we are loving the excitement of the arrival of our baby girl! that's right we are having a GIRL! we are so thrilled! we have our amazing boy, and now get to add a precious girl to the family! She is already spoiled! we already bought more clothes than we need to right now! but I can't help it, there are so many cute outfits to choose from! I know now why we had a boy first, cause they are cheaper, and easier! But I can't wait to dress this little girl up! I am 5 months pregnant, and they moved up our due date to Christmas day! But I refuse to give birth on Christmas day! its gonna have to be earlier, or a few days later! hopefully a week before, that would be ideal, but with my luck im sure it won't happen! right now its fun because I can feel her move all the time, but not on the outside yet! Darrell gets frustrated cause he wants to feel her move so bad, but I can tell its coming soon! As for Talin he is so stinkin excited! everything he does is for the baby! If I start complaining about being uncomfortable he always asks me if the baby is coming out! haha! he wants her here as much as we all do! he is going to be such an awesome big brother! he even wants to change her diaper.... we will see about that when its a poopy one!

Darrell is still working nights and going to school during the day! he has clinicals coming up again in October so he will be at the hospitals all week. He graduates in April, and I am so proud of him! he has worked so hard, and done so well in school with only 4 or 5 hours of sleep a day, sometimes less! He is an amazing husband and father, and as much as I can say marriage is not easy, and we have had our fair share of trials, I could not ask for someone else to go through these trials with. We are so much stronger now then the day we got married! he is truly my best friend, and my whole world! I would not be the person I am today if it wasn't for him! we were definitely meant to be together for eternity! Enough with the mushy stuff, haha! here are a few pics that I have taken of Talin, and I. So I know it has been awhile! nothing really new has changed besides my growing body, and I say body, because it is not just my belly growing! oh the joys of being pregnant! me for one... I am not a fan! the best part about pregnancy is being able to feel the baby inside, but that is about it! The nausea part is slowly going away. its not gone, but its manageable! they gave me some anti nausea pills, which helps! where were these pills when I was pregnant with Talin! nobody told me! It could have saved me from throwing up a million times! I will put a picture of me at 3 mo on here with some of my fourth of july pictures! This year I went to eagar with my mom, dad, brothers, and Aimee and her husband. Darrell was unable to go because he had to work :( its always hard to be away from him, but I had a good time, and the weather was absolutely amazing! It was really hard to come back to this heat! remind me again why I live here in the valley?!? lol! here are some fun pics of our time in the mountains :)

already June???

I cannot believe how fast time flies! Its pretty much June already! thats crazy!! we have a had some changes in our family since the last time I posted. Darrell is still working hard at school, and work. I am still working full time, yuck! (hopefully that changes soon, lol! And as for Talin... well he is the best little boy anyone could ask for! he is so funny, and has a personality you wouldn't believe! I live everyday for his random "i love you so much mom" and his HUGE loving hugs he gives me everyday before I leave for work in the morning! he is so smart, and is growing up so fast! He is going to be such a good big brother! yup, thats right we are bringing in another amazing child into this world!! we are so so so so excited...well..I will be more excited once I get past this SICK stage! I totally forgot how miserable it is to be nauseaous 24/7! it is not fun! I wanna enjoy food!lol! lets keep our fingers crossed! I only have 2 more weeks and then I am out of the first trimester! woohoo! well thats all for now, but I will try and be better at this, as soon I start feeling some relief! talk to ya all soon! :)

Sisters Wedding day 4/17/10

My beautiful sister Aimee got married on April 17th, last saturday to her perfect match! they have known eachother since their freshman year in highschool, and they could not be more perfect for eachother! The sealing was beautiful, and the reception was gorgeous! We all had tons of fun dancing our "buns" off as Talin would say! I didn't get many pics on my camera, because I forgot to charge it the night before, so it died on me :( but from what I do have, I shall share with you all! Enjoy!
